DoneBeam
PLAIN-ENGLISH PRIVACY

Privacy, without theatre.

LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 4, 2026

DoneBeam tells you when an AI task finishes without turning your work into our data. The extension is local-first by architecture, not just by promise.

Who is responsible

DoneBeam is operated by Portal2222 OÜ, registry code 17128336, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia. Portal2222 OÜ is the data controller for information submitted through the DoneBeam website. Contact us through the support page.

What the extension processes locally

DoneBeam inspects the visible state of supported AI pages to determine whether a task is working, finished, or failed. Project rules, colors, sound preferences, quiet hours, task labels, and diagnostic state are stored in your browser.

We do not receive your prompts, AI responses, chat titles, project names, URLs, browsing history, or conversation contents.

Launch list

If you join the launch list, we store the email address you submit, consent time, source, and subscription status. We use that information only for DoneBeam beta and launch communication. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

Support requests

If you use the support form, we store the email address, subject, message, status, and submission time so we can respond. Do not include conversation content or sensitive personal information.

Licensing and payments

When Pro checkout is available, Stripe processes payment and card details; DoneBeam and the extension do not store card numbers. DoneBeam stores the minimum subscription and entitlement records needed to activate, validate, cancel, and support a license. Activation sends a single-use activation code and a random installation identifier. Later status checks send only the revocable license token. These requests never include prompts, responses, project names, chat titles, URLs, or browsing history.

Analytics

Any future analytics will be minimal, documented, and will never include conversation content. Where consent is legally required, analytics will be opt-in.

Retention and deletion

Launch-list and support records are kept only as long as necessary for their stated purpose. Local extension data can be removed through its controls or by uninstalling DoneBeam.

Your choices

Use the support page to request access, correction, or deletion of website information associated with you.
