DoneBeam Pro is an annual digital subscription sold by Portal2222 OÜ. This policy supplements, and never removes, mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Before purchase
Checkout shows the total price, billing interval, applicable tax, and seller before you pay. The current checkout starts a paid subscription immediately; a no-card trial is not active yet.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Unless the law or a confirmed refund requires otherwise, Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests
If DoneBeam does not activate, is materially unavailable on the supported setup, or you purchased by mistake, contact us promptly through the support page. Include the purchase email and receipt reference, but never card details or AI conversation content. We assess requests fairly and apply all mandatory withdrawal and consumer-protection rights.
Abuse and duplicate purchases
Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded. We may refuse discretionary refunds where a license was materially used, redistributed, abused, or the request is fraudulent, except where law requires otherwise.
